What we collect on peppilabs.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dashible, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Peppi Labs ("Peppi Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information when you visit www.peppilabs.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services. It covers this Site only. Our family products, peppi.ai and peppipay.com, are also operated by Dashible, Inc. but have their own privacy policies that govern those services.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, book an introductory call, or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, and a description of your project. If we move toward an engagement, we may collect additional business information needed for proposals, contracts, and invoicing.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, access times, and the website that referred you. We use this to operate the Site, maintain its quality, and understand aggregate usage.
We do not collect payment information through the Site. Billing for engagements is handled under a separate agreement, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We share it only:
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working properly and to measure aggregate traffic (which pages are visited, for how long, and from where). We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, though some conveniences may not. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Inquiry and contact information is typically kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can pick a conversation back up. Information tied to an engagement is kept as long as needed for the engagement and for legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Aggregate analytics data that does not identify you may be kept longer.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls that limit who can see inquiry data. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights; we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. If you are visiting from the EEA or UK, we process your information on the legal bases of legitimate interests (operating the Site, responding to inquiries), consent (marketing), and contract (preparing an engagement), and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
During an engagement, clients may share code, credentials, business data, or end-user data with us. That information is governed by the engagement agreement and any NDA, not by this policy. We use it only to perform the work, follow the client's documented instructions, and return or delete it at the end of the engagement on request.
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If a change meaningfully reduces your rights, we will make that clear on the Site.
